We offer a CNC cutting, engraving and edgebanding service from our convenient location between Cardiff and Newport. We can provide  support to trade customers as well as members of the public on request. • CNC cutting and engraving service (flatbed CNC router)

  • We can cut and engrave all timber based sheet products (MDF, MFC etc), solid timber as well as some plastics and foams. We don’t cut Corian but can point you in the direction of the very good people who can, at WT Laminates
  • Bespoke shaker door cutting service (straight and angled)

• Edgebanding

  • Edging service includes optional full corner rounding. Real wood veneers, ABS and PVC.  All thicknesses and up to 45mm wide.

• Spray finishing

  • Fully enclosed (water-based) spray booth. Components or whole pieces sprayed on request.

Any CNC cutting, engraving, edgebanding or spray painting carried out can be collected from our workshop located between Cardiff and Newport or we can arrange delivery.
