Our CNC cutting service is perfect for serving the Newport and Cardiff areas. Using our 8′ x 4′ bed CNC router we can cut almost all timber based panels from all MDFs, plywood, melamine face products and solid timber.

• Shaker doors service. We are well adept at producing shaker style cabinet/wardrobe doors with concealed hinge cut outs. We can also produce more complex designs.
• Cabinet production. We can produce flatpack carcasses which can be swiftly assembled due to making use of CNC enabled ‘knock-down fixings’.
• CNC engraving. This is almost a whole separate discipline from CNC router cutting. But with powerful software, we can produce beautiful script which appears to be carved in a perfectly uniform manner into many woods and plastics.
