Background
Solving Alcoves Limited originally began in Canton, Cardiff, providing a general domestic carpentry service. which over the years began to specialise in fitted furniture. By Feb ’23 we’d ‘solved’ hundreds of alcoves in and around Cardiff when, sadly ..disaster struck. An awful fire, which spread suddenly from a neighbouring unit, burnt our workshop to the ground. Nobody was hurt but there was literally nothing left and it was a difficult time for all affected by the fire. We resolved to salvage what we could from the situation and so took the opportunity to re-design, an improved workshop and even more focussed business. We have grown our supply network, forged several mutually beneficial local business links and upgraded our equipment. And finally, we’ve rebranded the business to better communicate the quality, and the type, of work we do.
Although Solving Alcoves has a new name and workshop, I’m proud to say we still have the same highly motivated staff and loyal repeat customers! Our aim has always been to provide a total service to our clients; from design and client coordination, right through to production and installation. You only deal with us. We’ll take complete responsibility for your fitted furniture.
