– Check the price – Use our Price Guide to understand rough cost points for various types of projects.

– Contact us – Send us an overview of your project via our Contact page or any other way you’d like.  We’ll respond quickly.

–  Quote – Once we understand what you’d like, we’ll send you a ‘benchmark quote’ with description of your furniture.

– Survey visit – Assuming the ‘benchmark quote’ is within your expectations, we’ll visit to survey the room and discuss your project in lots more detail. We request a £100* survey deposit to do this.

– Fixed detail – After the survey visit, we send you a fixed, written quote with design specification, fitting date and payment schedule.

– Confirm booking – If you tell us you’d like to go ahead, on receipt of the booking deposit we’ll book it in.

– Drawings –  At this point, your 3D drawings are created and we’ll tweak them until you’re totally happy.

– Installation  – Your walk-in wardrobe is built in our specialist workshop and then installed with care.

* The survey deposit is refundable if we get the ‘benchmark quote’ (in step 2) wrong and it’s exceeded by the fixed quote in step 5 for the same, or equivalent specification. However, it’s very rare that this happens as benchmark quotes are very accurate. Taking a survey deposit is important as it helps ensure we’re focussing our time and efforts on customers whose projects are most likely to go ahead.
